Ok folks, here comes all the legalese...
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our garments and the decorations applied to them for 1 full year, under NORMAL use and wear. We cannot guarantee that the material color of your garment will not fade with washing, as that’s the nature of the material to a SMALL degree. But if you have stitching issues, if our decoration fails in any way, EMAIL US with your problem and we’ll work to get it taken care of immediately. We’re easy to work with here.
Shipping Policies
We ship using USPS Priority mail ONLY. For 1 item in our shop it will cost you $5.00. Order 2 or more items and we cap your shipping costs at $8.00. We will provide tracking information as soon as we’ve processed your order.
Dispute Resolution
We don’t like being sued, and we don’t like suing anyone else. We will do whatever we humanly can to resolve your dispute in a satisfactory manner. All we ask is that you give us the chance to at least TRY!
